We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Checkout accepts only the delivery countries we serve, so if your address isn’t accepted, we can’t deliver there yet. Write to us at hello@carrykiri.com and we’ll let you know when that changes.

• Cost: standard shipping is free on every order.
• Dispatch: orders leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days.
• Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery time: depends on the carrier and your location. The tracking link shows the carrier’s estimate.

Sales tax is added at checkout where required. There are no other fees.

Email hello@carrykiri.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your pouch hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll change the address or cancel the order and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, use the return process below instead.

If your pouch arrives damaged, the wrong item arrives, or tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damage, a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.

You can return your Kiri pouch for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

• Email hello@carrykiri.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Returns within the United States are free.
• Send the pouch back with everything that came with it. Take out your medication and any personal items first: we can’t return anything left inside.
• Normal signs of trying the pouch are fine. We may reduce the refund for damage beyond that, and we’ll tell you why before we do.
• We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the pouch. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If you bought Kiri+ together with your pouch and return the pouch within the 30-day window, we’ll cancel your Kiri+ subscription and refund the Kiri+ charges made since your order.

Outside a pouch return, you can cancel Kiri+ at any time and keep it until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Our Terms of Sale and Service explain how renewal, cancellation and refunds work.

If something goes wrong with your pouch after the return window, our 12-month limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
